Dr. Jessica Kaplan

Meet Dr. Kaplan

Dr. Jessica Kaplan earned a bachelor's degree in animal science from Cornell University where she graduated cum laude before continuing on at Cornell to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She then completed another year of vigorous training in California as an intern in small animal medicine and surgery. After working in sunny California for several years, she moved back to the East Coast to work as a general practice veterinarian in Jersey.

Dr. Kaplan has a long history with the Voorhees Veterinary Center, as she started her career as a vet tech here, years before vet school. She was thrilled to rejoin this wonderful team in 2016. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, dermatology, and building lasting relationships with her patients and their families.
